I wrote this about a month ago, and thought it was really pretty. Figured I'd just post so other people could read it.
Sunlight
Trace the lines of the silver moon
Regret the sorrows that came to soon

Things I Believe
One: Love happens
Two: It doesn't always work out (usually)
Three: Pregnancy happens
Four: When it does, and it isn't planned, life sucks
Five: Friends are important
Six: You follow Girl Law- Friends before boyfriends
Seven: Abortion is okay, sad, but okay (Malthus)
Eight: Having a child when you're not ready isn't
Nine: Drugs are bad (And no, I don't mean perscription ones!)
Ten: Alcohol is too (Taste sucks as well)
Eleven: Coffee as well. Bad taste, hello trashcan! (Argueable)
Twelve: Intelligence is a gift
Thirteen: College is an important step in life
Fourteen: We all have choices... When we're adults
Fifteen: Till then, we are subjects to our parents and the state
Sixteen: It's not wrong to be selfish within reason
Seventeen: A child is meant to be cared for by its parent
Eighteen: A child should care for their parent when they can't take care of themselves
Nineteen: Life is a compromise. You make sacrifices for the better
Twenty: Creativity makes the world beautiful
Twenty-One: Homosexuality is okay
Twenty-Two: Stupidity is not a disease, it's a problem that hasn't been addressed
Twenty-Three: Violence is not an answer, but occassionally a necessary evil
Twenty-Four: War is despicable; it happens even when we don't want it
Twenty-Five: Finish what you started
Twenty-Six: The ends can't always justify the means
Twenty-Seven: No one deserves to die
Twenty-Eight: Even bad people. That's why we have prisons
Twenty-Nine: No one is God
Thirty: He/She might not even exist (I still pray though)
Thirty-One: Nathan Hale was a hero, no matter what anyone says
Thirty-Two: The perfect person is out there, just waiting to be found
Thirty-Three: It's not the end of the world if soemone doesn't love you back
Thirty-Four: Pain and saddness are the counter points of happiness
Thirty-Five: Animals aren't people, but we should treat them with humane respect
Thirty-Six: The work is never done
